Acceptance

By using Avatify, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the App.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Generate illegal, violent, or explicit content.
• Violate Apple's App Store Review Guidelines.
• Reverse-engineer or distribute the App.

User Content

• You retain ownership of uploaded photos but grant us a license to process them for avatar creation.
• You affirm uploaded photos depict only yourself.

Intellectual Property

All App content (logos, code, AI models) is owned by NA2 Seweryn Maciejewski. Generated avatars are licensed for personal use only.

Disclaimers

• The App is provided "as is." We disclaim warranties for accuracy or uninterrupted service.
• We are not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits).

Termination

We may suspend access for violations of these Terms.

Governing Law

Disputes will be resolved under Polish law.

Changes

Revised Terms will be posted in the App. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
